This privacy policy explains how the Ki Rush : Dragon Fight mobile game ("the App", package com.kirush.dragon), published by DBZ Games ("we"), handles information when you use it. The App is distributed on Google Play.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and the App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location. We do not run servers that store your personal data.

Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

2. Advertising

The App is free and shows ads. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks, whose software runs inside the App and may automatically collect:

• your device's advertising ID;
• your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device information such as model, operating system version, language and screen size;
• ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped, and App usage and crash diagnostics.

These networks use this information to deliver, measure and personalise ads and to prevent fraud. The ad partners we work with include:

• Google AdMob: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services;
• Meta Audience Network: Meta Privacy Policy.

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android device settings.

3. Permissions

• Internet and network state: load and display ads.
• Advertising ID: used by the ad networks as described above.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.

4. Google Play

Google Play may collect technical data, such as device model, Android version and crash reports, depending on your device settings and under Google's privacy policy.

5. Retention and deletion

We hold no account or personal data on our own servers. Uninstalling the App removes the game data stored on your device. Data collected by ad networks is kept according to their own policies, linked above. To ask a question about deletion, contact us at the address below.

6. Security

Data sent between the App and our ad partners is encrypted in transit using the security provided by those services.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us and we will help address it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to or withdraw consent for its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. For data handled by an ad network, you can also contact that network directly.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the current version will be published at dbzgames.win/app-privacy/ with its update date.
